Services used by this website

I do not sell your personal information. I use trusted services to operate the website:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website;
• FormSubmit processes contact-form enquiries and sends them to me by email;
• EmailOctopus manages newsletter subscriptions and emails; and
• LightWidget displays Instagram posts and may collect basic connection and device information when the feed loads. Instagram and Facebook are services provided by Meta.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Some may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider is responsible for using the safeguards required by data protection law.

Cookies and embedded content

This website does not currently use its own advertising cookies. Embedded services, including the Instagram feed and newsletter form, may store cookies or collect technical information when they load. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may stop some features from working as expected.

How long I keep information

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work and meet relevant legal or record-keeping requirements. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them. Website service providers keep technical information according to their own retention policies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent.
